Meet Your Dryland Trainers: Brode & Dustin Beckwith:
New this year! We’re thrilled to welcome Brode and Dustin Beckwith as our official Dryland Trainers for the LWCF Youth Workshops. These two bring the energy, the experience, and the know-how to help young athletes build strength, stability, and confidence on the boom and log.
Brode is a certified CrossFit Level One Trainer (CF-L1) who brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the training environment. As a teenager, he competed in the CrossFit Games, earning a spot among the top 20 fittest athletes worldwide. Not only has he achieved personal success, but he’s also coached his dad to the CrossFit Games, helping him qualify in the 50-54 division for two years running. Brode’s passion for fitness extends beyond CrossFit—he began log rolling with the Namekagon River Rollers at a young age, embracing the challenge and discipline that comes with the sport.
Whether your kid’s new to log sports or leveling up for competition, Brode and Dustin will help them train smart and have fun doing it!
